2 oz Desert Door Oak-Aged Sotol
.25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
2 Dashes Mole Bitters
.25 oz Allspice Dram
2 Dashes of Peychauds Bitters
Add oak-aged Desert Door, cinnamon syrup, allspice dram, mole & peychauds bitters, into mixing glass. Add ice and stir. Pour over large ice cube into serving glass and garnish with orange and cinnamon stick.
