1.5 oz Desert Door Original Texas Sotol

.25 oz Honey of Your Choice (Mike’s Hot Honey is great)

1 Orange wheel

2 Lime Wheels

Dash of Angostura Bitters

Tajin

Liquid Death Mango Chainsaw

Method: 

Add honey and Desert Door to a shaker and stir until combined. In a mixing glass muddle your orange and lime, add Desert Door and honey - mixing until honey dissolves. Add bitters and ice, and stir. Strain over ice - we like it crushed in the glass with Tajin on the rim. Top with Liquid Death Mango and enjoy!
