2 cups of Desert Door Original Sotol

  • 1 can (11oz) of Pear Nectar
  • 11 oz Lime Juice
  • 5 oz Pear Syrup
  • ⅓ cup Liber and Co Fiery Ginger Syrup
  • Club Soda

Garnish: Candied Ginger or Lime Wedge

In a large punch bowl or pitcher, stir together Desert Door Original Sotol, pear nectar, lime juice, and syrups. Refrigerate until chilled. Pour into glasses with ice, top with a splash of club soda, and garnish with candied ginger or lime wedge.
