- 1.5 oz Desert Door Texas Sotol
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 0.25 oz Agave
- Jalapeno
- Twang Chili Lime Salt and Lime Wedge
Method:
- Rim your glass with chili-lime salt using a lime wedge and jalapeno. Add ice to glass. Combine the rest of your ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into glass.
