Lo Salvaje (loosely translated, ‘The Wild’) is the brainchild of James Beard award winner Jesse Griffiths and chef Stephanie Stackhouse. The concept was born from a desire to bring locally sourced ingredients and wild-game-inspired fare to a broader audience.
The menu at Lo Salvaje is deliciously inventive - think street tacos meets haute cuisine with a wild game flair.
Open Thursday 4-8 pm, Friday & Saturday 12-8 pm, Sunday 12-6 pm
